Intersection has just made purchasing your tickets easier! We are now selling tickets to Intersection shows through BrownPaperTickets.com. This transition will allow us to serve you more efficiently and we hope will be an added convenience to our audiences. Here are the easy ways in which you can now buy tickets for Intersection events:
- ONLINE Intersection's events are listed on BrownPaperTickets.com. Click here to see all Intersection events!
- BY PHONE Call the 24/7 toll free ticket hotline at 800-838-3006.
- IN PERSON To purchase tickets in person, please arrive at Intersection for the Arts at least 30 minutes prior to show time. Please note: If a show is sold out, we cannot guarantee you a seat. We will, however, put your name on the Wait List and will release tickets just prior to the beginning of the show if they are available.
- For all other ticketing questions please call (415) 626-2787 x109. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 11am to 6pm. Please note that messages left outside of these hours will not be received until the next business day.
- All seating is general admission, first come first served, and all shows start on time. There is no late seating and no refunds for late arrivals. Doors open a half hour before the show.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
A $15 processing fee will be applied to cancellations and /or transfers out of classes five or more business days before the first class meeting. If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded via credit card; if you paid by check or cash, you will receive your refund via check. No refunds or transfers are allowed during the three business days before a class begins or after the first class session.
Intersection for the Arts may cancel any workshop due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled for that reason, students will be notified promptly and given a full refund.
